Make this soup was fun and delicious! The best part about making the soup was blending it. It was much easier than I thought!! We had grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with it, they were yummy. But I think some hot fresh bread would have been really good too!
Mary Kay cooked a very good soup. This was her personal recipes. She made this soup because her father was sick and her mother was working. So this is what they would eat most days... potatoes, potatoes, potatoes. She was a great cook. She was about my age when she made this recipe for her dad, that is why I started our blog with this recipe!!!
